Journey to Memories Travel
By purchasing travel planning services from Journey to Memories Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Travel Planning Services
Journey to Memories Travel provides personalized travel research, itinerary planning, recommendations, Adventure Guides, and direct booking links based on the planning experience and enhancements selected by the client.
Journey to Memories Travel is a travel planning service and does not make or manage reservations on the client's behalf. Clients are responsible for completing, paying for, confirming, modifying, and canceling their own reservations.
Planning Fees & Payment
Planning begins after the applicable planning fee has been paid and any required Client Agreement has been received. This is consistent with the client process used throughout Journey to Memories Travel.
Planning fees compensate Journey to Memories Travel for professional time spent researching, organizing, developing recommendations, and creating the client's personalized travel plan.
Additional services or enhancements requested outside the originally selected planning experience may require an additional fee.
Travel Reservations & Booking Links
Journey to Memories Travel may provide direct links to hotels, transportation providers, attractions, tours, restaurants, ticketing services, and other third-party travel providers.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all reservation details before purchasing, including traveler names, dates, prices, availability, cancellation policies, and terms imposed by the travel provider.
Prices, schedules, operating hours, availability, policies, and other travel information may change after an Adventure Guide or itinerary has been prepared. Clients should verify final information directly with the applicable provider before booking and again before traveling. This same safeguard is included in your final-guide process.
Changes & Revisions
Each planning experience includes the number of revision rounds specified when the service is purchased.
Requests that substantially change the original trip—including changes to the destination, travel dates, number of travelers, or overall scope of the trip—may require additional planning services or fees.
Additional revisions beyond those included in the selected planning experience may be purchased separately.
Cancellations & Refunds
Planning fees compensate Journey to Memories Travel for time, research, preparation, and services performed on the client's behalf.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the Journey to Memories Travel Cancellation & Refund Policy provided with the client's planning documents.
Cancellation of Journey to Memories Travel's planning services does not automatically cancel reservations the client has made with third-party travel providers. Clients are responsible for canceling or modifying those reservations directly with the applicable provider.
Travel Documents & Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have appropriate identification and any passports, visas, entry documents, permissions, health documentation, or other requirements applicable to their trip.
Travel requirements can change. Clients should verify current requirements with appropriate government authorities and travel providers before departure.
Third-Party Providers
Journey to Memories Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, schedule changes, cancellations, closures, service disruptions, or other actions of independent third-party travel providers.
Any purchases made through a third-party provider are subject to that provider's own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and refund policies.
Accuracy of Information
Every reasonable effort is made to provide helpful and accurate travel information when your itinerary and Adventure Guide are prepared. However, travel information can change without notice.
Clients are responsible for confirming current prices, schedules, reservation times, operating hours, policies, and availability directly with providers before booking or traveling. Your pre-trip form already reminds clients of this responsibility.
Limitation of Responsibility
Journey to Memories Travel is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, flight disruptions, transportation delays, provider cancellations, attraction closures, natural events, government actions, changes in entry requirements, or other disruptions affecting travel.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing Journey to Memories Travel planning services, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions and understand their responsibilities regarding reservations, payments to travel providers, travel documentation, and changes or cancellations.
